SUMMARY: Reports of creepy clowns stalking and abducting children have been happening in lots of places. This causes teachers and parents to tell their child to go straight home after school, because their main targets are school kids. While many are called to be hoaxes, the incidents in UK strike fear, because of what they call “Phantom Clowns,” which are clowns that are reported but never caught.

STANCE, HOW I FEEL, HOW IT EFFECTS ME: I just think this is bogus. A bunch of people dressed up as creepy clowns? Sure, clowns are creepy, but it just doesn’t make sense. Why would child predators dress up as something scary to kidnap children, when they are trying to convince them to come along. This effects me, because I myself am a child, and this could possibly happen somewhere in the future. Who knows, maybe the clown thing could spread, if it actually works.

How it effects the world: this definitely effects the world. Who wants their child abducted by a clown, and then having a fear of them for the rest of their life? Imagine how scary and scarring it would be to the children. This effects the world by changing the view on people dressed up as clowns, even though that IT might have already changed that.
