SUMMARY: Football is a sport that includes tons of hits, bashes, and injuries. Repeated hits to the head can cause serious brain damage, especially to those under 18. The brain becomes fully developed in the ages  18-25, meaning football being played under the age of 18 can cause serious problems in the near future.

STANCE, HOW I FEEL, HOW IT EFFECTS ME: It’s crazy how this even sounds, being that football is a widely played sport in highshool and is also the main money maker in highschool, although the safety of my fellow students and peers are more valuable than that. I am on a neutral point on this topic, mostly. While the sport does cause major brain damage, it does not happen often from what I know of. Football is one of the most played sports, and loosing that sport would most likely kill the people who love it. It does not affect me as much as it would the football players, but I am also part of the band which is just as much fun, and I would hate to not be able to go to football games, dance, and march.

HOW IT AFFECTS THE WORLD: It will not effect the world as much as it would effect America. I have noticed that countries most popular sport is called football, which in other countries is soccer. If the government sides with this doctor, I fear that riots will rise from towns, and schools will become a little bankrupt, or maybe even extremely bankrupt. Football is a great way to earn money for the schools in America. Just about every school has football as an Extra activity.
