You SHOULD give the money back. It’s the right thing to do. Report the wad of money to the police. Then that person could get their money back and they’ll be happy. It feels good when you make someone else feel good. If you just took the money you would make 1 person happy. If you gave  back you’d make them happy. Some people would be disipointed in you decision. Don’t be sad. Those people don’t think that there are people in other countries that eat worms! The person  who had lost the 100 dollars, could have been poor, and it would be very, very sad if you didn’t give it back.  That person probably wanted to do something  special with their family.  It would be very decent of you if you gave the money back.
